Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information VORA collects on vora.build, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the early-access list.

Who we are
VORA is software in development for owner-run trade and contracting businesses. In this policy, “VORA,” “we” and “us” mean the team operating vora.build. You can reach us about anything in this policy at early@vora.build.
Information we collect
When you join the early-access list
- Your first name and email address.
- Your trade and team size, chosen from the lists on the form.
- The page you signed up from and the date and time you joined.
We do not ask for payment details, phone numbers or company financial information.
When you email us
We receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send.
Technical information
- Our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- To stop automated abuse of the signup form, we use invisible bot detection when the form is submitted and briefly count recent submissions per connection. We do not store your IP address with your signup.
- If analytics are active, we measure visits and interactions such as page views, button clicks and completed signups. Analytics never receive your name or email address. See Cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
- To contact you about VORA early access, including your invitation when access opens.
- To send occasional updates about VORA’s development. Every update includes a way to stop receiving them.
- To understand which trades and team sizes are interested, so we can shape VORA for them.
- To answer messages you send us.
- To protect the website and signup form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising cookies.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, only to run this website:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of others.
How long we keep information
We keep your early-access details until you ask us to remove them or until we close the early-access program, whichever comes first. Emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
Cookies and analytics
The website works without cookies. When analytics are active, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode:
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose “Accept analytics.”
- Elsewhere, analytics are on by default. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and analytics cookies are not set.
- Advertising storage and personalization are always off.
Google Analytics may set cookies named _ga and _ga_*. Your consent choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage under vora-consent. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing early@vora.build. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights such as data portability, restriction or objection. Where European law applies, we rely on your consent for analytics and marketing emails, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the early-access list. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The early-access list is kept in our email provider’s account and our inbox, neither of which is accessible from the public website. Connections are encrypted, and access is limited to the people who run VORA.
International visitors
VORA is operated for the United States. Information is stored and processed in the United States.
Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will tell you by email first.
